Trouble accessing MaxiSys and updating it

    I'm having trouble accessing my MaxiSys Pro. It just keeps going back to the homescreen whenever I click on the MaxiSys icon. And also the Sytem Update won't do the update. I just bought my new update from my dealer and it still won't work. I'm hoping to get some help from anybody. Thanks in advance.
